This is seriously the BEST meatloaf everrrr. I used to cringe when I heard 'meatloaf' because it was always such a boring dish and just tasted like...blah. Then I came across this amazing recipe on Pinterest. I follow her directions exactly. It's super easy. Just make sure that if you use less than 1.5 lbs of meat, that you definitely cut down on the amount of the brown sugar/ketchup/Worcestershire mixture so that it doesn't fall apart [happened to me on the first try, oops].
